Hog Roasts
Hog roasts are a fantastic choice for any event whether it's as simple as pork in a bun with our homemade apple sauce for an evening function or as the main event in a wedding breakfast, birthday party or summer ball with the addition of canapés, starters, salads & desserts. As with any of our menus we will bespoke to your tastes. We are very particular about the origins of our ingredients so our pork can only come from Swallowfields Farm in the New Forest and is “Forest Marque”.
Our Hog in a bun service includes:
- Succulent “Forest Marque” Hog with the most amazing crackling, cooked on site
- Homemade Bramley apple sauce
- Skilled chef to carve and serve
- Soft rolls
- Disposable napkins
- Gazebo to cover the hog roast machine (if weather requires)
- All waste removed from site
‘Hog & Salad’ includes everything above as well as
- Choice of 3 salads from our menu
- Extra staff member of staff to serve

Barbeques
For a truly casual dining experience a BBQ is right on the money. We will prepare & cook a selection of food in front of you and your guests. Once again we can build you a customised menu to fit with your event. This option is a great choice for all occasions from summer work parties to family gatherings and relaxed wedding breakfast or even for your evening guests.
Our fully serviced BBQ option includes:

Private Dining
This is where we really get creative, cooking for as few as 6 people in your own home or event venue. We will produce a menu that is truly just for you, taking inspiration from your favourites making your occasion unforgettable.

This choice fits well for Christenings, Birthday Parties, Office Lunches and Family Gatherings.
